Most of the materials we produce are all printed on standard weights and sizes of paper, but every once in a
while we’re faced with a challenge, and recently we had a request to print an instruction manual on just 45gsm paper.

45gsm paper is the thinnest paper you can print on a litho press, but our team of experts know papers, set-up,
tolerances, ink densities and have print production insights that enable us to offer an equally comprehensive and
knowledgeable service when print goes to the extremes.

Litho printing also enables us to offer customers the widest possible range of paper finishes for coated papers –
so whatever weight of paper you choose, you get more choice and control over what the finished piece of print will look
and feel like. And all the cost benefits of B1 print economies.

Equally, we print at the other end of the scale – 350GSM board. Often used by us on prestigious projects for
financial institutions, world-class sporting events, luxury brands design-led and special events.
